Sugar
Shudha Ghee
Boiled water
dry froots like almonds, Cashew nuts and raisins.

Material Required :

Big deep Pan
Stirrer Spoon
Preparation :
Keep boiled ready
For 1 bowl of Semolina keep 3/4 bowl of Sugar

Step wise Procedure :

1.Put big pan on gas burner.

2.Start the burner of gas.Keep gas flame on slow.

3.Pour Desi Ghee approx 150mg into big pan after 2 mins of flame started.

4.When ghee becomes hot and you will observe vapours over it then immediately pour  1 bowl Semolina into it and start

stirring process slowly.

5.Keep stirring it till Semolina becomes light red. Once it becomes light red, pour 3/4 bowl sugar in it and
start stirring again. Here sugar melts after 2 minutes.

6.After again 2 minutes pour hot water in it and stirr it thoroughlly till the liquid completely solidifies and becomes soft and yammi.

7.Then put dry fruits in it and cover this receipe with a plate on big pan with slow flame of gas.

8.After 2 minutes remove the cover and your Indian Halwa is ready...

9.Serve this sweet dish to your kids, they will enjoy and will get good energy to trouble you more throughout the day.

Thanks MOM.
